“To be successful a good framework needs to be simple, true and co-created: Simple because it needs to be easy to reference and talk about without having to explain it. True because it needs to be the right way of thinking about a situation - not just sound nice. Co-created with the client to ensure they have ownership and buy-in. Makes an excellent argument for freelancers and consultants to forgo commonly used frameworks in favor of creating them alongside your clients.
